Bieternummern
Um an der Auktion bieten zu können, müssen Sie zuerst eine Bieternummer bei uns lösen. Da wir am Auktionstag im Hotel Mövenpick nur begrenzte Möglichkeiten haben, Bieternummern auszustellen, bitten wir alle Bieter, ihre Nummer frühzeitig und im voraus per e-mail Anfrage oder während der Vorbesichtigung zu beziehen.
Schriftliche Gebote
Sollten Sie verhindert sein, an der Auktion persönlich teilzunehmen, steht Ihnen die Möglichkeit des schriftlichen Gebotes mit einem Auftragsformular kostenlos zur Verfügung. Dieses Formular können Sie uns per Post, als Scan per e-mail oder während der Auktionsbesichtigung zukommen lassen. Bitte beachten Sie, dass das Schlussdatum für schriftliche Gebote Donnerstag um 18:30 Uhr der Vorbesichtigungswoche ist.
Telefonische / Online Gebote
Aufgrund technischer Beschränkungen können wir telefonische Gebote nur innerhalb der Schweiz, erst ab einem Aufrufpreis von Fr. 1000.- und nur nach Sondervereinbarung akzeptieren. Diese Bieter müssen sich mittels eines Auftragsformulars bis spätestens Donnerstag 18.30 Uhr der Vorbesichtigungswoche schriftlich anmelden. Obwohl wir Ihr Anliegen sorgfältig bearbeiten wollen, können wir aus technischen Gründen für die Wahrnehmung solcher Gebote keine Gewähr übernehmen. Sie können auch über Live Auctioneers (https://www.liveauctioneers.com/) das Auktionsangebot in verschiedenen Sprachen einsehen, die Auktion live verfolgen und am Auktionstag live mitbieten. Für das Onlinebieten verlangt Live Auctioneers einen Aufpreis von 5%, zusätzlich zu unserem normalen Aufgeld von 20% (Onlinebieter bezahlen deshalb ein Aufgeld von insgesamt 25% für ihre ersteigerten Objekte). Für Online Bieten bitte so früh wie möglich anmelden, da die Registrierung Zeit benötigt.
Abholung / Bezahlung
Da die Auktion in unseren Geschäftsräumen stattfindet, können Bieter ihre ersteigerten Objekte am Auktionstag in unserem Geschäftslokal in Hägendorf mitnehmen. Um längere Wartezeiten am Auktionstag zu vermeiden, empfehlen wir, Ihre ersteigerten Objekte während dem Nachverkauf (während zwei Wochen nach der Auktion) abzuholen. Um Lagergebühren zu vermeiden, holen Sie Ihre ersteigerten Objekte bitte innerhalb drei Wochen nach der Auktion ab! Akzeptierte Zahlungsmittel: Bargeld (in CH Franken), Bank-/Postüberweisung (alle Transaktionskosten zu Lasten der Ersteigerer). Zahlungen mit Kreditkarten (zzgl. 2.8 % Gebühren).
Versand
Aufgrund der gesetzlichen Bestimmungen ist der eingeschriebene Versand von Schusswaffen auf dem Postweg nur innerhalb der Schweiz möglich. Der Versand erfolgt nur gegen schriftlichen Auftrag und auf Kosten und Gefahr des Käufers. Wir bieten einen professionellen eigenen Versandservice an, welcher nach Packungsmaterialien und Zeitaufwand verrechnet wird. Bidder Numbers
In order to bid at the auction you must first register for a bidder number. Because we have only limited possibilities to register bidders on the day of the auction at Hotel Mövenpick, we ask all bidders to register in advance, either online, via e-mail request, or during the time of our viewing.
Written Bids
In the event that you are not able to personally attend our auction; you still have the option of submitting a completed written bid form which can be downloaded from our website. You can send your completed bid form to us via Post, scanned into an e-mail or submit it during the viewing. Please note that the deadline for all written bids is 6:30pm on the Thursday of the viewing. Please see our website for more guidlines regarding written bids.
Telephone Bids & Online Bids through www.liveauctioneers.com For technical reasons, we can only accept telephone bid calls from within Switzerland, and only for objects with a value of Fr. 1000.00 or more. Telephone bidders must register with the appropriate form (available on our website) no later than Thursday, 6:30pm of the viewing. Although we always attempt to work diligently and accurately, we cannot be held responsible for mistakes with regard to carrying out any bids for a third party. Another bidding method available to our clients is live online bidding via Live Auctioneers (https://www.liveauctioneers.com/) which is available in many different languages and easily allows you to monitor and bid in real time on the day of the auction. For this service, Live Auctioneers charges an additional 5% of the hammerprice to our usual 20%. If you wish to bid online, please apply early so that there will be enough time for the registration process.
Payment and Retrieving your Objects
Please note that, because our auction takes place at Hotel Mövenpick, purchased objects can be retrieved on the day of the auction but only at our office in Härkingen, starting only at 2:00pm. To avoid long waiting times on this day, it is best to retrieve your purchases during the post auction sale, which runs for 2 weeks after the auction (Tuesdays to Fridays from 2:00pm until 6:30pm, or Saturdays 1:00pm until 4:00pm.) or by appointment after the post auction sale. In order to avoid storage fees, please retrieve your purchases within 3 weeks of the auction!
If you cannot retrieve your purchased object(s) within 3 weeks, please inform us. Payment can be made by cash, banktransfer (all transaction to be paid by the buyer). Please note that payment with credit cards (2.8 % fee to be paid by the buyer), EC cards and Postfinance cards can only be made at our office.
Shipping
Due to legal considerations, firearms can only be sent via registered mail to destinations within Switzerland. Packing and shipping occur only upon the written instructions of the owner, at his cost and risk. We offer a professional in-house shipping and export service and charge based on materials used and time required for packing and customs documentation.
